Mr. Badal Mohanty (Chairman and Managing Director), is the pioneer and mighty force behind this disciplined organization. In the olden days, there were a lot of difficulties in the construction business. Being a junior builder, Badal Mohanty started his journey with a Residential Building. Though he faced a lot of difficulties and competition, he laid the first stone at CDA, Cuttack.
Mr. Badal Mohanty always remembers the days when he started his business with vision, stability, commitment and quality. These four values are the pillars on which the company has grown to be one of the leading real estate developers in Cuttack.

Mr Badal Mohanty is the founder and chairman of the company . He looks after the overall day to day affairs to company and supervision of the construction site. Mrs Lija Mohanty , an Architect has done masters of architecture from Biju pattnaik University has been heading the strategic planning division of the company .
